Your responsibilities:
As a Process Optimizer Utilities your main responsibilities are:
- Analysis of existing business processes in utility companies, including energy, water and waste management.
- Identification of efficiency potential and development of measures for process optimization.
- Implementation of data-based solutions to monitor and improve process performance.
- Work closely with customers to understand their individual requirements and offer solutions.
- Conducting training courses and workshops to raise awareness of sustainable processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will have the following qualifications:
- Erfahrung in der Prozessbearbeitung und -Optimierung, idealerweise im Bereich der Versorgungswirtschaft.
- Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse und Datenvisualisierung.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and comprehensibly.
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen und Kunden vor Ort zu unterstützen.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
