What you need to bring:
- Commercial basic knowledge
- Knowledge of common Microsoft Windows applications
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Quick perception, service orientation
- Ability to work in a team, trustworthiness, reliability, resilience
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
Your responsibilities:
As a clerk in the Utilities industry, your main tasks are:
- Processing of customer inquiries
- Data entry and maintenance of customer master data
- Checking and correcting customer data, including addresses and bank details
- Plausibility check and recording of meter readings
- Execution of invoice corrections
